The Covenant Kids Team consists of those who serve in any capacity within the preschool or kids ministries. These positions range from class volunteer to service coordinator. This team is not a babysitting team! They invest in future church leaders, doctors, missionaries, pastors, and politicians that the Lord will use to transform families and communities around the world!

There are many facets to kids ministry and many areas to serve within Covenant Kids. From classroom teacher, to door greeter, to worship leader, to small group leader, to craft prep or data entry - there is a place for everyone within this team!

The Prayer Team assists the mission of New Covenant by preparing the atmosphere through prayer and intercession before and during the services.

During the message, prayer team members intercede for our pastor (and any communicator) as he speaks. Members also confidentially pray for any requests received during the week. We are committed to prayer for our pastors and church daily.

The Parking Team is filled with organized individuals who help create an orderly, friendly, and safe environment as people drive onto our property. It is a great place to get connected and serve if you love the outdoors and love interacting with people. They are the beginning and end of everyone's experience here at New Covenant.

The Coffee Team is filled with individuals who excel at multitasking! As this team prepares amazing coffee , they also create an avenue of connection for New Covenant. They love talking to people, staying on task, and probably love a good cup of joe!

The Baptism Team helps to create and execute a great experience for those taking their next step in water baptism.

This team helps to greet and check-in guests as they arrive and assist and connect with guests while they wait for the baptism teaching. They ensure there is reserved seating for guests and their families in the sanctuary and that all being water baptized have everything they need for an incredible experience.

The Usher Team creates a welcoming and distraction-free environment in the sanctuary before and during services.

This team welcomes in and guides guests to the best available seats. They are knowledgeable about specific areas in the building, such as the Parenting or Nursing Mom Rooms, and help to calm and mitigate disruptions during the service.

The Safety Team is the eyes and ears of New Covenant Church, creating a safe environment for attendees, pastors, other build team members, and all who are on New Covenant property.

This team helps to secure a safe and orderly environment for weekend and mid-week services. Team members will be positioned throughout the campus in and around the lobby, sanctuary, Covenant Kids hallways. Team members may be required to perform building sweeps, identify suspicious activity, or help evacuate the building in an emergency

The Greeter Team creates a positive first impression by welcoming, greeting, and encouraging each guest as they enter and exit New Covenant.

The Production Team facilitates a powerful, distraction-free worship experience through the use of lighting, video technology, and audio engineering.

At New Covenant, we desire to help people develop an intimate relationship with God by hosting His manifest presence through worship.The Worship Team facilitates a powerful, on-platform worship experience through utilizing the skills of vocalists and instrumentalists.

The Youth Team helps middle school and high school students get connected on Wednesday nights. Covenant Students uses small groups, retreats, conferences, and serving in the Students areas on Wednesdays to reach students all across East Texas.

Our Merch Team helps to resource growing believers with valuable books, study materials and stylish merch. This team is helps encourage people with their fun, loving personalities.
